Chip with extracellular matrix between two lateral channels for microvascular and barrier assays.
Description
Vessel-on-a-chip designed to load ECM in the central channel between two lateral channels under flow conditions. The combination between ECM and circular channels can reproduce the physiological human conditions to model angiogenesis, the formation of microvascular bed and biological barrier functions. The chips are made of PDMS and glass, being autoclavable chips, biocompatible, with high optical quality, and gas permeable material.
