Real-Time and accurate toxic substances detection
The traditional detection of pollutants in the environment is based in discrete sampling and laboratory analysis, providing the data when these toxic substances (such as arsenic, cyanide, mercury, lead, pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls, etc) have already reach to the environment, causing long-term damage to plant and animal life.
In collaboration with an international consortium, BFlow is developing a microfluidic solution that allows continuous and real-time monitoring of contaminants in order to act quickly and minimize their impact on the environment.
