Serpentine Chip allows to mix solution in a reproducible and controlable way for chemistry, pharmaceutical and molecular biology laboratories. Microfluidic devices operate in laminar flow and this reduce the mixing in chip’s straight channels. Both spiral and serpentine designs allow to passively mix the solutions and to increase the reaction time in the chip. The difference between both design is the intensity of mixing, being smoothly mixed with the spiral and strongly mixed with the serpentine due to the sharp turns. BFlow offers these designs in different sizes and sections. These solutions are useful for:
